The production of our wines at the Cascina Rossa Agricultural Company in Diano d'Alba starts from one concept only:

Our wine production at Azienda Agricola Cascina Rossa in Diano d'Alba starts with one concept: "Behind every great wine is always the dedicated work of individuals in the vineyards". If you follow and respect nature, you can create masterpieces.



 

All this is possible by personally following the entire cycle of the vine, from pruning, which is the strategic phase and lays the foundations for new production, to the harvest, which is the crucial moment of the year, or rather the synthesis of the work and time that the winegrower has spent in the vineyard.



 

Only necessary treatments are carried out, leaving no residues on the fruit and, above all, with the greatest respect for nature. In doing so, healthy, high-quality grapes arrive in the cellar.



 

Here, labour is combined with the most advanced winemaking technologies to preserve the fragrance of the aromas and extract the best parts of the fruit: steel equipment, automated processes and controlled fermentation temperatures.



 

When each wine has completed its maturation (steel for young wines, barriques and wooden barrels for aged wines), it is placed in a bottle; in this case the Albeisa bottle, a symbol of quality and origin.



 

The bottle and cork create a valuable combination that enhances the wine and its ability to stand the test of time.
